As a part of our maritime community, I wanted to reach out and inform you of how we at Navarino are handling the impact of the Coronavirus. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the virus and that is why we have implemented the following measures, in accordance with government guidance and the latest advice from health organizations –
- We have suspended our staff’s international and domestic air travel, to minimize the risk of exposure
- We have halted visitors to our offices to help keep our associates safe
- We have moved to work-from-home and digital collaboration options, in order to minimize face-to-face meetings wherever possible for both internal and external meetings
While the ongoing disruption has affected the manner in which business is being conducted, I wanted to assure you that Navarino is operating at full capacity in every feasible regard and that we continue to work towards serving you and your vessels with the 5 star service that we always aspire to.
We are monitoring this evolving situation very closely and we shall be implementing all and any solutions possible, in order to ensure that we continue to offer you our full range of services while keeping our staff and the wider maritime community safe. In the event that future governmental measures limit our ability to ship orders or restrict global delivery capabilities, we may at that time need to postpone the execution of new orders. Under such conditions we shall continue to support all of our customers, while working closely with them to minimize disruption and to complete those orders smoothly as soon as any such restrictions are lifted and allow us to do so.
